Mark it on your calendar: Take A Kid To The Course Returns July 8-14!

Take A Kid To The Course returns again this year from July 8-14.  Families from across Canada will be heading to your facility to spend time together while taking in a game of golf.  We thank you for participating in this ever important initiative to introduce golf to juniors.

Please check back with our Facebook page as we will continue to update it throughout the year.  If you do have pictures you wish to post from the past week on the Facebook page, please feel free to do so.

What your golfers are saying about Take A Kid To The Course....
“My son Ben, who is 11, is just taking the sport up and I have been awaiting the day when we can go out some early weekend morning together. It looks like that time has come thanks to your program.”
-Grant Glady

“I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the opportunity you've provided my son this week. Last year, at the age of 8, he began to golf and we took advantage of the free golf once or twice. This year, we ventured up to my in-law's cottage in the Ottawa Valley and he was able to play 9 holes at the Norway Bay G. C. 6 times and played 18 at the Oaks of Cobden G. C. once all for free! Not to mention, it allowed me to get out and play with him without any complaints from certain others!!! He seems to really enjoy it and is pretty good too! Hopefully, this will be a life long activity that we can share together and the opportunity you have provided has helped to get it started.”
-Gerry Degirolamo

“This past week we have played four rounds of nine with our 11 year old. Best family time you could believe. This week sure puts family first in a world where every influence seems to be taking it away. Brings back memories when I was kid: going to the course for fun and getting away from it all. Thanks to all the supporters of this annual program.”
-Brad Kalbfleisch

“We had a great time today with our kids at Deer Run in Blenheim!
We laughed, my son chipped in the ball, and we saw my daughter drive farther than me!
Thanks for offering this program.”
-Michelle Poisson
